We want you to love your pieces! If you need to make a return, here are our guidelines:
Return Window & Eligibility
14-Day Window: We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
Final Sale: Personalized, engraved, special-order, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping & Costs
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right immediately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
