Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard delivery within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Rates: Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Orenza is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first to open a claim. If you still need assistance after contacting them, reach out to us.
